Something strange happened today. A girl that was working at a food shop stopped me today and asked me something: “I bet you go every day to the gym and you are probably most of the day hungry”…
I said:”I actually go 1-3 times/week for like 30 minutes/workout and I am pretty much most of the day stuffed with food”.
She said:”There’s no way it’s only 30 minutes per day”.
I said:”No. It’s like 30 minutes per day in the last 4 years”.
